Love this guy! Solved a copyright issue I had with a firm that was holding me by the balls. This guy solved everything, put amazing efforts and most importantly replied to my lousy and anxious emails. Hire him without a second thought if you have any sort of legal issues. Darren helped me find resolution to harassing letters and settlement demands regarding image copyrights sent by the predatory tag team PicRights and Higbee & Associates. After finding Heitner Legal through a Google search I got Darren involved immediately to deal with their ridiculous demands. PicRights failed to produce an image registration and escalated the case to Higbee. Higbee made threats of legal action and demanded even more money, but Darren firmly reminded them they had no valid case without image registration. Eventually they caved and accepted our very reasonable settlement offer to end their harassment. I'm very happy with the outcome and the way Darren got this resolved for me.
