Started out as a weird email saying I owed a law firm $650 for using an image on my website w.o. permission. I ignored it, but it spiraled out of control, they wanted $1250 after 2 months... enter Darren Heitner, who argued it down to $500. I'll be more careful in the future, but he made this legal hassle painless and easy.
