Got a letter from Higbee & Associates a day before Christmas Eve - same one everyone else seems to get about copyright infringement on a picture using scrabble letters owned by RM Media / Nicholas Youngson. Although Nicholas posted the same picture for free use on other sites - you have to show attribution and if you don't, Higbee comes after you. Original amount $2300, reduced to $1200 - Darren was great to work with - communicated quickly, clearly and has been down this road several times before. He knew what to do and how to do it. Although it isn't something you want to deal with, at least Darren took care of it without issues.

Darren was dogged and kept me in the loop. Definitely a value in a high-stress situation.
