I would leave zero stars if I could. Empire came highly recommended from another law firm. Worst referral we have ever received. The Court Reporter showed up late for the zoom deposition and left her audio on the entire time with the tv playing in the background. We scheduled a 2 hour deposition for 4pm and Empire charge us almost double the hourly rate for after hour charges without letting us know there would be an additional fee. They corrected the invoice and when we paid it charged us the original amount of the invoice. I call and get disconnected or voicemail on a regular basis. This company has been very unprofessional and rude. I would recommend another court reporting service for your needs.

I contacted The Jibrael S. Hindi Office after watching multiple videos on Instagram. After a DM and a few emails. We began conversations over the phone. One of his team members in particular Adriana Trufant. She hep me gather all the information we needed to open my case with the Credit Bureaus. I took on the Credit bureaus myself and it was not an easy task. After many years on my own with lil progress. I gave up. Until I saw this firm on IG. Now with their help I have hope. Adriana help me a lot. Her knowledge and patience dealing with me, was amazing. Now all I need is to wait it has been only 2 weeks . I understand this can take a few month. I'm counting on the team my case was assigned to, with hope thst all negative information has been resolved. Will be doing an update soon after this casa is resolved..to future Clients get in touch with Adriana Trufant. She'll do her best to help you.

Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything Terrible customer service and I believe the lawyers or attorneys working there are really amateur and with zero professionalism

From beginning to end it was an easy process and communication was amazing. I Would highly recommend Jibrael! Got me a lot of money for one simple email just like he said he would!

Hey, I want to thank the team for their exceptional help in resolving an issue with my credit report. I was distressed when I discovered incorrect information on my report, but the team handled everything with professionalism. I’m relieved to see the issue with Equifax is finally resolved.
