Jeff is, hands down, the most attentive, friendly (but professional) attorney that I have ever met (and someone who actually cares as another human being, never condescending but always teaching and helping). Long story short, Jeff is a blessing...and if you ever need an attorney, for any reason...he will help you solve your problem in a kind and professional manner, therefore helping to put your mind at ease. My lawyer, Jeff Ivashuk helped me settle 2 cases simultaneously without jail time. I had a marijuana case already pending when accused of assault with a deadly weapon. Jeff was professional, caring, and very well informed. He settled both cases in a timely manner, without jail time! Additionally, he answers his own phone and actually advises you personally. A secretary is not giving you misinformation like some lawyers. He knows criminal laws inside and out and his compassion is unlike any other lawyers I have ever met. I have known Mr. Ivashuk for a couple years and was acquainted with him when he handled a criminal case for a friend of mine. So, when some time after, I was involved in a MVA with a personal injury he was the easy choice. Beyond resolving my case to my utter satisfaction as my legal counsel, Jeff is a great human being.
