“Personally I had bad experience with this firm, initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami, this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn't tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything”
