She answered all our questions, even took multiple phone calls from us. She was knowledgeable and helpful in heading us along a difficult path. She responded to us by phone calls or texts quickly. I can't say enough about Kristin and her office. She is an A+ in professionalism and the way she truly made me feel like family was overwhelming!
