The team at Kelley/ Uustal went above and beyond. They were very honest and organized. I was always treated very well. They were always there to answer questions and worked hard to get my case taken care of. An entire team worked together to complete my case. I hired Mr. McPharlin and the Kelley/Uustal law firm after carefully reviewing several outstanding law firms in the South Florida area. Initially, I hired a local firm in the West palm beach area (of which I reside) but was greatly displeased with their lack of professional "abilities" (for lack of a better word). Therefore, I carefully and methodically reviewed the experience of several firms in South Florida , their attorneys, experience, client feedback, etc. I even went to the extent to call them up to speak with the attorney's person to person to "feel the waters". I knew I had to be careful about swapping apples for oranges as regards the current firm I had. And not knowing anything about law, or attorneys I had not much to go on except my own intuition. After about two months of carefully reviewing of these firms, I spoke to Mr. McPharlin again by phone and set up an interview time. Mr. McPharlin was clear from the very beginning during our phone conversations about the kind of law firm they were but also the kind of attorney's to be careful of. He didn't blow his horn, so to speak, but I appreciated his honesty. He didn't sell himself as though "he were the man for the job!" I was very impressed by that character. Anyway, with great results I hired him. And with great results I am glad I did. Another great attorney in there firm is Kristin Bianculli by far the sweetest person I have ever met smart charming and well knowledgeable this two attorneys are bulletproof! If your searching for a law firm Please don't waste any more time and call them I am glad I did.

I never imagined that I would be involved in a lawsuit, but when my mother was severely injured due to gross negligence while under medical care, I knew that the only way to obtain some measure of justice and help prevent others from experiencing the same tragedy would be to take legal action... But with so many lawyers to choose from, finding the right law firm can be extremely daunting, especially when you are going through a difficult, life-changing event such as my family was. We were very fortunate to have crossed paths with an excellent nurse who was performing a procedure on my mother and when I explained to him what happened, he referred me to the law offices of Attorney Robert Kelley (Kelley/Uustal), whom he highly recommended. Having never heard of Robert Kelley, I did a quick google search and was very impressed. I contacted the law offices of Kelley/Uustal and prayed to God that I was making the right choice. I can now honestly say that not only was it the right choice... It was a home run/grand slam of a choice! I remember I was immediately contacted by email by Mr. Kelley and very soon after that I was contacted by phone by Attorney Dr. Harlan Wald and paralegal Emelyn Orellana. Dr. Wald is not only an attorney with the Kelley/Uustal law firm but also an actual doctor with many years of experience in the medical field in South Florida, making him a perfect choice for my mother's situation. I cannot say enough good things about both Dr. Wald and Ms. Orellana. Throughout the entire legal process, they were in constant communication with my family, guiding us through every step and explaining to us what to expect. Their kindness and professionalism went above and beyond. My mother was elderly and her health was in a very delicate state at this time. I really appreciate the kindness that Dr. Wald., Ms. Orellana, and Mr. Kelley showed my mom during the times when she was visited at a rehab facility, at home, or when we brought her into their law offices. It was obvious that the staff at Kelley/Uustal genuinely cares about their clients and are truly fighting for justice. Thanks to Dr. Wald and Ms. Orellana's hard work, we were able to get a very fair settlement that exceeded our expectations. In addition, Dr. Wald was able to negotiate the amount of money we would have had to pay Medicare for my mother's three month hospitalization from a very high amount to a negligible amount. Ms. Orellana was always there to keep us updated with how the case was progressing and to answer any of our questions or concerns. Sadly, my mom passed away and I was very touched that Dr. Wald and Ms. Orellana attended her funeral, showing that they are not only incredible professionals but also incredible people who genuinely care about their clients. It was a very difficult year for my mom and for my entire family, but as with all of life's difficulties, there are also many blessings that we may not realize until later. I thank God that we were led to the Kelley/Uustal law firm and for Dr. Wald and Ms. Orellana's hard work. Throughout the entire process, I felt at ease knowing that my mother's case was in great hands. I feel very blessed to have been helped by such great people during such a difficult time and I truly give the law firm of Kelley/Uustal the HIGHEST of recommendations.

First off I cannot thank Kristin Bianculli and Carolina Florez for all the hard work they did on my behalf. On May 22, 2015 I fell down 15 concrete stairs in front of my condo because the stairs were not painted with the correct non-skid paint. My life was turned upside down as a result of this incident.
