DUI Case: I am really appreciative of the hard work Mr. Ferguson put into my case. He was able to get the underlying charge dropped. He really cared about my case and was even willing to help with my employer. If it wasn't Mr. Ferguson i wouldn't have been able to continue working for the company that I am currently employed with. I seldom write reviews but Wayne Ferguson from Meldon Law deserves this. Mr. Ferguson helped me with my auto accident case in both the civil and traffic courts. I had previously hired two attorneys beforehand who promised the world and underdelivered. At that point I wanted to give up and cut my losses, but Mr. Ferguson said he would take a look at my case. While other attorneys would not touch the case without money upfront because it was too complicated, Mr. Ferguson said he would take a look. He admitted it was complicated, but was willing to help strictly on a contingent basis as he enjoys legal challenges. Sure enough, he helped get the tickets thrown out and sued the the other parties. Mr. Ferguson always believed in me and my case. He’s a great attorney, great person, and I highly recommend him in any litigation matter.

Mr. Ferguson representing me in my case went above my expectations. Having no prior experience with the justice system, it was scary and I felt hopeless. Mr. Ferguson assured me that he would go to bat for me and fight; and fight he did. He always answered my calls and questions; and when the he says he is a trial lawyer and willing to take a case to a jury, he means it. Sure enough, he took my case to trial and won. There were times when 3 Attorneys for the State would try and out argue Mr. Ferguson; and while they were thumbing through pages Mr. Ferguson had everything memorized and knew the law off the top of his head. After a two day trial, when the judge announced we won, I cannot describe how relieved I felt and how grateful I am for Mr. Ferguson's hard work.

I've known Wayne for over decade and he is as great of a person as he is a lawyer. As an owner of several businesses, I have faced numerous legal issues and Wayne has been my go to guy.
