Truthfully I wouldn't even give it a one star but Google requires it as the lowest rating. There is no defense possible if I tell everyone exactly how you handled my case and billing. I was going to leave it blank but if you want to try and defend yourself I could go into further detail. I left the review initially blank on purpose.
