The entire staff including the front desk of this law firm is the most friendly & hospitable group I have ever associated with as a customer.

My credit came crashing down on me late 2023. I had major dental and medical concerns. On fixed income with a minimal supplemental income which became nonexistent. In addition, I have sole responsibility for my family in Jamaica. I began 2024 in Hospice. Moved from FL to NY. I was simply overwhelmed with life and the impending possibility of death. It could not have possibly gotten any worse. Through it all, Van Horn Law Group, P.A. and all office personnel were patient, diligent, empathetic with timely response via all means of communication. No pressure concerning my delinquent document submission. Their payment plan took a heavy load off my back. Of course there are many layers to my Delima, I'm sure you got the gist of it all. Van Horn Law Group have been easy to work with and prompt in responding to all of my questions and concerns, via phone and email. They have put me at ease throughout this process. I never imagined I would be at a point where I would need their services, but I am grateful for their professionalism and support.

I didn't anticipate having to leave a negative review for a law firm I didn't even hire, but after reading other low-rated reviews, I'm relieved I didn't choose them. The lawyers lacked people skills, except for Janeen, who deserves credit for her excellent client advocacy. She diligently followed up and arranged multiple calls with me and Chad, as well as me and John. Despite being inexperienced with bankruptcy, I had numerous questions. Unfortunately, Chad's nonchalant and monotone demeanor made me reluctant to engage further with him. John, while helpful in answering my inquiries, made a comment during our conversation that left me uneasy. He mentioned the frequency of our calls and implied I should have enough information by now. As someone navigating bankruptcy for the first time, I believe it's essential to address all concerns thoroughly. Therefore, I've opted not to engage with this firm, especially considering other negative experiences shared by clients. I'm happy other individuals experienced more impactful service from them.
