My name is Ryan Crowther and I am on probation out of Broward county Fl. I had been violated in January for absconding where I live in Pennsylvania. They put a warrant out for me on the Fugitive level which was scary because I am the single father of the greatest 4 year old ever. I felt like all we did was move and I didn't notify my probation office fast enough and I got VOP . Anyway Florida approved me for a full extradition which I was real nervous about that I mean any basic traffic stop and Boom I'm automatically shipped to Florida with no bond. I contacted Dave Simmons which I found on google under best criminal lawyer Ft Lauderdale. He immediately contacted me back after I left a message with his firm. Same-day actually. With what I felt was a reasonable price for him taking me on as a client he amazingly was able to have surrender on zoom which means I never had to leave Pennsylvania or my son's side most importantly. And then 2 weeks later 1 more court date, and he got me reinstated. The rest is history. I would absolutely recommend Dave Simmons to anyone that needs the best criminal lawyer in Florida. Retained Attorney Simmons on a felony and misdemeanor case. Had an amazing resolution on my charges one charge being dropped the other being a withheld. Took his time and notified me through every step of the case, stayed persistent even when prosecution wouldn’t budge. 10/10 attorney.
