I first met Tim almost two (2) decades ago as adversaries on a case, in which he did an excelelnt job for his client while being a consummate professional and a gentleman. While things, at times, got heated and contentious, Tim never resorted to any questionable conduct and a mutual respect developed into a friendship. I am proud to call Tim a friend today, and have had the pleasure and honor of working several cases and matters with him throughout the years where his compassion and commitment to his clients has remained second to none. Tim is an outstnding lawyer, but he is also an even better person. The Bar and the profession could use more lawyers like Tim.

Solo practitioner who takes on more than he can handle. Result is less than satisfactory communication and not the work you hoped for. Also hourly billing at full attorney fees. Many other firms would have paralegals and associates doing the work at lower rates. Bottom line mediocre work for exorbitant costs.
