My case which was a win/win, based on my personal photos taken at the scene, coupled with Stephen's expertise and the viewing of same photos by defendant's carrier, was also confirmed a 100% liability case on the defendant's behalf at the get how. Here's where it got unnecessarily complicated, adjuster after adjuster, getting there hands into the mess simply to save AIG (one of the largest carriers out there by far) a minuscule fraction of the what their otherwise billion dollar company would have had to pay in damages, only the replacement of a few car parts costing less than $10,000, they chose to fight to the end, until we reached an impasse. Steve served them with a demand letter, stood firm on our demands to pay full damages instead of the 50% they had finally offered, and when push came to shove, based on all evidence and recorded statements where their client changes stories 3 different times and my consistency to claim the true facts and the truth of all of it, they CAVED. I now have the results that Stephen and the Morse firm promised me from the get go! Car repairs will be paid, lost earnings covered out of the proceeds and monies owed for my injuries, with some extra for the pain, suffering and aggravation of driving with an car that I was unable to afford to repair until a settlement was reached. All's well that ends well and I can truly attest that I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER and would recommend him as the "best" plaintiff's attorney I have ever come to know and hold him in very high regard! P.S. In August of 2019, I had the please of meeting Stephen as a referral for being an excellent personal injury/accident lawyer. After our first meeting/consultation, I immediately felt at ease and comforted to know that he was going to come to an expedient and positive resolution of an otherwise unnecessary accident. This accident could have been completely avoided altogether had the driver of the vehicle that literally ran over the front of my car, hence not paying any mind that I was parked stationary, directly behind him. As a result of same, the front end of my car was ripped away and crushed, also causing 2 herniated discs, for which I had to undergo months of rehab treatment and pain management/including several injections in my back. After several months of treatments, being forced to drive a crippled vehicle due to the carriers negligence to take full responsibility/liability, Stephen was able to come to a superior resolution, which in turn paid all medical expenses, car repairs, etc., leaving me at the end of the day with no liability whatsoever. I was more than happy with the results, as a matter of fact, extremely impressed by the monetary results as well. His professionalism, perseverance and follow through, ensured that I got maximum results and 100% liability remained on the driver/fuel truck at fault. He is extremely thorough, well versed and has excellent negotiation skills!
