I hired the Law Offices of Steve Rossi PA after receiving his contacts from a friend of a friend. Let me tell you it was the best decision I would have ever made for my children and I. Mr. Rossi and his team are very professional and very attentive to the case. he even provided me with his personal phone number to keep in contact with him if I ever needed to reach out. My son was able to get tested and is not receiving the intervention he needs at school and I proud to say that he is flourishing in school.

In my final days of university, I was faced with a very serious case. Some people who were in positions of power decided to abuse the system, which very easily lent itself to it. I decided to hire a professional and it proved to be the right decision. A lot was at stake in this case, much more than what I had to pay by orders of magnitude. The matters were solved competently and effectively, and I would recommend to all my dear people if they ever have the need for professional help in these matters, hire Rossi.

If you need an attorney for anything related to the Florida School District or an individual school you should have Steve Rossi on speed dial. He is an expert on school law. He spent 2 hours discussing my case with me (at 7pm in the evening). He spent time going over every aspect of the case, what steps he was going to take, and what the possible outcome could/would be. He answered every single question, was attentive, and explained the process in detail. I cannot stress how important good representation is. I will forever be grateful for his advice and knowledge he has towards the laws within the Florida school system. Not once did he bring up a retainer or hourly fees. We recently found ourselves in need of legal representation and I am so grateful to have had Mr Rossi on our side. My 11-year-old son was being recommended for alternative school. The school tried to push him away but Mr Rossi and his team did not. When I initially called Mr Rossi I explained our situation and what was going on. He patiently listened to me vent and he decided he would help us. When going over Mr Rossi's fees to retain him I offered a higher amount as a retainer fee but he declined and only asked for half of what I offered. I don't know too many attorneys that would turn down a higher amount to make it more comfortable for their client. I hired Mr. Rossi just two months ago to help me with a certification investigation. When I suddenly found myself in a legal crisis that could destroy my career, Mr. Rossi called me himself and simply listened to me. I mean, wow. They really took it off my hands. Essentially, Mr. Rossi and his team received all the paperwork I had and I never had to do a single thing after that. The entire staff is superb and most importantly, understanding. I hired Mr. Rossi to represent my 6th grade daughter after she made a mistake and brought a knife to school. She was carrying it for protection from a sex offender that had recently moved into our neighborhood not realizing the consequences of her actions at her school. Mr. Rossi drove up to our appeal and was professional and well-spoken. Her sentence to an alternative school was modified to "time-served" and she was allowed to return to her school with all of her friends. In 2019 I was very upset with my school so I applied to drop out. He helped me with everything I needed. My parents signature, since I am under 18. And he only charged me 500$. I definitely recommend choosing Steve Rossi!

While I was on medical leave, my employer terminated me. Mr. Rossi with his legal wrangling was able to get the termination rescinded; therefore, I was able to take an additional year of medical leave and go to Mayo Clinic for care. Mr. Rossi was on vacation when I called his office, and he still took time out of this busy schedule to speak with me. He was very patient with me and explained my case to me very thoroughly. Mr. Rossi also has an excellent understanding on how school systems function and how teacher contracts should work. This was helpful since most attorneys do not understand the working intricacies of the education profession. I am most grateful to Mr. Rossi that he was able to help me since the union was powerless. I found Mr. Rossi's staff to be very professional that gave me beneficial assistance. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rossi, and I feel fortunate that I found such a highly equipped lawyer.

Mr. Rossi and his team were amazing! I had an allegation against me, and for the free consultation, he talked for me for over an hour trying to get all the information and wanting to learn and succeed in this case. During the process for the meetings and hearings, he was in attendance and guided me throughout the entire process. Everyone in his office was so sweet and nice, they always knew the up to date info on the case, very cooperative and worked with me on pricing to hire him.
