I met Adam back in 1997 the first time when I needed help because I was being mistreated by my employer because of an injury.(It was a Doctors office!) He took over completely and helped me greatly. I was no longer harassed and mistreated. He is the most conscious lawyer with a heart!! My other family members also used Adam for various things over the years. You can't pick a better person to represent you. God bless Adam!!

Mr. Sagan provided insight and guidance that was invaluable. No suit and tie "stiff" when meeting personally. Rare regular guy with empathy. His`experience provided intimate knowledge of the system. Adam Sagan was an unbelievably good find for us. He represented me and my son in a difficult Social Security Disability matter. Attorney Sagan represented me on my third attempt and he made it a hands-down piece of cake. I would recommend this attorney to anyone who has had Social Security or workers comp issues. Mr. Sagan assisted my father in winning a claim many years ago. I knew nothing about the lawsuit, and other than having heard his name in conversations, knew nothing about him. Part of the settlement was that my mother would continue to receive benefits after my fathers death. When I contacted Mr. Sagan, at least 20 years after the original settlement, for his help in getting my mom the benefits she was entitled to after my fathers passing he didn't hesitate, he responded promptly and professionally. And, for the past 10 years he has always returned my calls and e-mails promptly. More importantly I have never left a conversation with him feeling like I wasn't understood, that my questions weren't answered or that I was rushed. I truly appreciate all he did to help my dad, and continues to do to help me help my mom!

Adam prepared all the necessary legal paperwork for us as a gay couple before same sex married was legal. He was very thorough and helped us understand everything we had to know to protect ourselves at that point. He’s a good listener and makes great suggestions.
