This firm is a nightmare. Can’t never get a hold of anyone and when you do and make an appointment no one calls. 5 years later no resolution and I had to pay out of pocket for my roof. Makes empty promises and can’t ANSWER the phone. I reached out via personal number and was cussed out by Monique low. Couldn’t get a hold of you any other way…..I tried for months and months and months. Take you business elsewhere unless u wanna be waiting around for 5 years. Also note that stopped responding to bad reviews 4 years ago, because THEY DONT CARE!

From day one our case has been butchered. Our attorneys have overlooked MAJOR details in our case, we ended up signing settlement papers (SIX MONTHS AGO) and agreed to a fraction of our out of pocket expenses. Where is the check? Who knows! I am not getting anywhere with these lawyers. They don’t seem to care that we never got our settlement. Stay far away.

So this place is one of the reasons why my homeowners insurance goes from a reasonable $2.600 to $9,450. Thanks David you helped yourself and ruined life for hundreds of thousands in South Florida!

Working with Jose has been a game changer for our claim. He got more $$ for our claim in 3 weeks then the PA got in 5 months. He has great communication and excellent negotiation skills. I truly believe all the reviews are fraudulent/fake & or paid for.... This is the worst neglect I've felt since my father left me as a baby... worst attorneys I've ever dealt with, its year 3 and not even gotten discovery yet. They had to rescind our suit due to attorney errors and refiled suit, causing an additional year to prolapse with more damage to our house. Been with 3 or 4 different attorneys in the law firm, seems they have a HIGH turn over rate... sucks for me and my family

DavidLow and associates really helped me navigate through my case with my roof damage and homeowners insurance company. There were many delays to due to Covid19 but DavidLow supported me through it all. We were finally able to come to a good resolution thanks to Christina Zanako's team and especially Harry Kaklamanakis. Harry was excellent, efficient and patient.
