Scott Levine came to my rescue in my divorce case. After being mistreated by another attorney, Scott stepped in and worked magic! Scott is so knowledgeable about family law and took tons of time to carefully review and explain all the details about the divorce process. I had a difficult case. A true not me case. Because there was no arrest or fingerprints it was very hard to prove it wasn't me. I discovered I had a warrant for my arrest when I applied for an apartment and they did a background check. I talked to him after researching for a couple weeks. He gave me more information in a 20 minute conversation than I could find in 2 weeks of research, before I even hired him. He did way more than originally thought necessary. His diligence, wisdom, knowledge, years of experience & research that left no stone unturned, eventually cleared my name. He also insisted the warrant be lifted while clearing up this huge mess. I could go through the process feeling safe w/o fear of going to jail. He actually did way more than what I originally hired him for. He didn't charge me more even with me asking about it. Scott was referred to me. At the time I hired him my divorce had been finalized 4 years prior, but I was not receiving anything due me from my ex .... no child support and no alimony. Scott was meticulous in how he went about moving things along. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and his experience shows he knows exactly when and what to do at the right time. He seems to know just how to deal with certain "types"! He sure does have a lot of patience and was very understanding of my needs. One word amazing! No really, I have had very costly passed experiences with attorneys. Mr. Levine himself answered the phone and talked to me about my child support issue for about 20 minutes in which he explained where I can get the records, how much it would cost, even gave me my case numbers. He then explained what I needed to do after I get the records. He didn’t charge me did tell me that I needed him. No charge? None. Attorney Levine tapped out - what appeared effortlessly -several brilliant last minute motions for me on the keyboard on several occasions. He knows his craft and has nurtured, established contacts in his network. He thinks on-his-feet and was the consummate professional when the Broward court system changed court rooms, Judges, and other Agenda's on a moments notice. He personally fielded my numerous phone inquires through out the process. He was patient and detailed in ensuring I was included and understood all proceedings. I liked the fact he took an interest in my military Veteran status and expressed his appreciation for my having served.
