I had reached one of the worst times in my life. Wrongly arrested and accused of a DUI. Being from Philadelphia I didn’t know where to turn. So, I turned to YouTube. The Rossen firm stood out on reviews and videos. To make a long story short, Susan is a gem. Made me feel like family. “The only promise I can make is that I’ll fight for you”,she said. She guided through the classes I had to take,set up payment arrangements and answered emails in a timely manner. The Rossen staff is A1. This isn’t a story of….”they got my charges reduced,they walked me into a plea or we’re going to get you a reckless driving”. Her and Scott went to war for me! 8 months later, it was over.
