I contacted Mr.Dumas for an issue that came up from years ago that i was told by other lawyers was impossible to fix and I would have to throw thousands of dollars at and hope. I needed help with a contract I created for my business, Mr. Dumas took what I wrote and revised it. Let’s just say I have a bullet proof vest on now! I couldn’t have written a more secure contract even if I tried. He went over the contract with me and explained everything so that I understood what my clients would be reading and agreeing to. Thanks for everything you and your team it was a quick & easy process. I’m in the process of purchasing my first home & the seller put up a condo up as a 3/2 come to found out it wasn’t that it was 2/2 and the seller didn’t go through the condo association for approval to convert the condo into a 3/2 so I wasn’t going to be allowed to bring my family of 6 into a 4 family home. So the contract was declined because of this but the buyer try to keep my escrow deposit. Well so he thought this is where Attorney Durmas and his team came in wrote a letter and didn’t have to go court it was settled out of court. Thank you again for everything 🙏🏾🤩
