I was rear ended with my dog in car. I called , he answered. Sent ppl to my home signed me, sent me to chiro. After 3 weeks, he dropped me like a hot potato. Hurt my feelings! Still in pain now. He didn't even tell me WHY! DONT TRUST HIM, HE MAY DROP YOU AND DONT EVEN TELL YOU WHY!

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! Don’t be fooled by their jingles or the TV ads. I had an accident with a passenger and the experience was horrible. Specifically after my treatments, the attorney assigned to my case was using implied pressure for me to have additional treatment even when I told him I would be fine with settling my case. I get it the more treatment needed, the more of the settlement but I told them I was fine with settling the case. This added more time to settle the case. He seemed annoyed that I stated I was okay with settling the case. Let’s address communication, I politely asked that they communicate with me about the settlement prior to accepting the offer and go over the treatment payments prior to finalizing everything, Negative, they called and told me my check was ready for pick up and it would be explained to me when I picked it up. I have had 2 other cases in the past and the other attorneys would discuss your settlement and even send over the documents prior to the final sign off but not this firm. They just call to say your check is ready, it just seems sleezy and when I questioned Larissa the assistant, she just got aggravated. Needless to say the final amount received was less than 66.3 after their fees. Everything just seemed sketchy. I was okay I picked them so it’s cool but I don’t want anybody else to go through this, find another firm. Overall if just one person reads this post and decides to go with another firm, I would be happy so they don’t have to deal with what I had to. There were more concerns but I didn’t want to make it seem like my concerns are personal. What’s right is right and this firm’s way of doing business is not customer centered DONT RISK YOUR CASE TO THEM!!!! DONT DO IT
