The law firm of PeytonBolin is an incredible resource for our 8-unit HOA. Our all volunteer board faces many challenges that we can’t tackle on our own due to lack of time and knowledge constraints. Jane and her team are always there to assist us. Recently, we did a major overhaul of our HOA documents. You would think that with only 8 units it would be easy to accomplish. This couldn’t be further from the truth. I can tell you it was difficult, but without Jane to assist us we were dead in the water. These folks know HOA law inside and out. They are able to communicate the law to ordinary people like me so that I can understand it and communicate it to the board, and condo owners. Jane, and her entire staff respected everyone throughout the process. No question was too big or too small to be answered. When conflict arose, Jane and her staff were able to guide the board on how to mediate the differences for a positive outcome. Today I can tell you that our documents have been successfully updated and recorded. More importantly, all of the condo owners are still talking to each other even though there were many disagreements along the way. If you want to be confident your money is being well spent don’t hesitate to hire this firm no matter the size of your HOA. I had the good fortune of meeting Mrs. Nataly Gutierrez of the Law Firm PeytonBolin at an Annual Condo Meeting in North Miami, Florida. Condo meetings as we all know can be difficult and full of feisty people. She is the lawyer for our Association. I was quite impressed with her leadership and friendly, calm and competent way about her in leading the meeting successfully. She carefully explained the legals on the meeting and answered every single question without a rush. Most impressed with how she handled the most outspoken person in the building who is hard to satisfy as this person is quite knowledgeable on condo law. Never seen this person satisfied at any meeting! This person was satisfied and let the meeting live once Nataly answered all his questions. She even offered to answer more if he had any.
