On Monday morning May 3,2019 , I left a message on the answering machine at Peyton Bolin. Within 2 hours,( a very prompt response), Ms Bolin , got right back to me. I was having an HOA vs Homeowner issue.I gave her all the details. She remained on the phone with me a very long time. She hashed out all the pros and cons of the actions I should take, I am in the process of putting into action the ideas she set up for me. She never asked for any money for this advice!!! Jane Bolin is a straightforward, informative, and highly credentialed real estate lawyer. I admire the fact that she tells it like is and doesn’t encourage you to just take legal action for the sake of keeping herself busy. She advises you as to whether you have a good case or not and discourages you from wasting your time and money if you don’t.
