Let me start by saying that I never write reviews, but in this case, it is an honor. I can't say enough how pleased i am of the work Anastasia did for us. When I was looking for an attorney to help me reunite with my wife, I spoke to at least 10 other attorneys, whom seemed to me that really didn't care. I was just another number. And they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money. My last call was Anastasia, and boy did i have a sigh of relief after speaking to her. She really cared! and was very affordable! From day one she made us feel that everything that could be done to reunite my wife and would be done, and it was! She went above and beyond. She took care of everything! from handling all documents, to dealing with issues caused by the foreign government, which i would have had no idea how to handle myself. She did it all. Anastasia is very kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She is truly the best at what she does. We will definitely be turning to Anastasia for any of our future needs, and i recommend Pelican Johnson Immigration Law to anybody looking. You won't regret it!

Every step was approved first time go throughout the process. She is always available for any questions it concerns throughout the process. Stress free of having to deal with any run arounds that the immigration agencies may bring your way. I also highly recommend this law firm to all my fellow active military and veterans.

Anastasia has made our dream of being together possible through applying for the K1 Visa in every way. From the beginning she laid it all out for us letting us what we need to start the application. Once we provided payment she got on it. Everything she requested, we provided plus more. Ensuring we had no issues with our application. We asked if our application could be expedited and she said only under certain circumstances. We were eligible to be expedited and she was persistent in making this possible. She didn't take no for an answer. USCIS had denied the request, but she informed us that we could possibly have our Senator could potentially help us communicate with USCIS to get our file pulled for expedited service. She provided the documents needed to give the Senator and he did the rest. Within two weeks we got our K1 approved for expedited processing with USCIS. Anastasia was absolutely worth it with paying an attorney to help us for our visa application. She was extremely personable, friendly, and about action to get our visa approved. I would recommend her to anyone I know in need of a immigration attorney. Even after getting approved she helped us get all the other documents that comes after getting approved. We got the work permit and green card within 3 months of applying for the adjustment of status. Our K1 Visa application clock started January 2023, moved my wife to the USA in September 2023, applied for the adjustment of status December 2023, and received green card and work visa February 2024.
