It is really just $595 total attorney fee with ($225 as down payment to get started and then pay the rest of the balance to move forward with all of the paperwork.) Court Filing fees is $413 which is paid to them separately after all documents have been processed. Attorney Gruskin and his entire team is very knowledge, diligent, supportive and patiently communicated and guide me to help move things smoothly with the process of my uncontested divorce. The timing and the speed of the paperwork process really depends on the cooperation of your (ex). Both me and the (ex) have to completely be on the same page and mutual understanding and agreeable to every single thing on the paperwork with no issues.
