After retaining their services in 2016, I have been "represented" by two supposedly different attorneys. The last tale I was told by this firm was that the attorney working on my case for the past 8 months, has quit the firm. Not one time did I ever get an email, letter or a simple phone call from the firm advising me of this situation. It was only brought to my attention when i diligently called the firm on a daily basis for 12 days. This must be a normal practice for this firm because in the entire time that they have been "working" on my case, I have had no interaction or correspondence from them. I have a better relationship with their secretary then an attorney. Today, after being lied to, jerked around, dismissed and made to suffer mentally, emotionally and financially, I finally got a call from Anthony. I was completely taken back with his response.... He clearly stated that I could "pick up my papers because he has a bigger case hes working on because this law firm has no time for my case." Seriously unprofessional! Was this "Bigger and better"case a year long case that nobody there could simply contact me and tell me that they don't know what they're doing, so they're putting my case on the back burner AGAIN??? It infuriates me to think that all these months that I thought they were diligently working on my case was not the fact at all. My file was sitting there collecting dust because this firm has NO ETHICS!!!! I will find new representation if the statute of limitations has not expired and I can still pursue my legal case. I will continue to be updating on this matter as well as how much they have damaged my case and my faith in lawyers. Maybe I should post the FL Rules of Professional Conduct and FL Client Lawyer Relationship. Especially Rules 4-1.3, Rule 4-1.4, Rule 4-1.14, and Rule 4-3.2. I don't expect a reply to my review because from my experience, they're too money hungry and deprived of ethics and morals to waste one second of their precious time. Thank you, Anthony and the partners of Lawlor, White and Murphy for misleading a disabled person who had 100% full trust in you're firm!
