I’ll try to be as brief as I can to describe the lack of customer service they have. My husband started his case with Ansara early Feb 2020. They knew every detail of the case, & took it. After not hearing from them for sometime, I would have to always call to follow up. Turns out only in May 2020 they submitted a claim to the company we were going after. Now, August 2020, they decide to drop the case.. through the whole process, I would always have to be the one following up. & As a client, that’s frustrating. They literally wrote in their letter of explanation that the case was not “economically feasible” (when they knew the details before). Biggest waste of time. Seems like the prioritize the bigger cases. 2-stars because at least they “tried” to help.

The legal system has dragged my family through the mud for years. We had a complicated case and a very cruel judge. Richard Ansara is the only lawyer we've had through all of this that actually got us the results we wanted. He went above and beyond for our family and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, where everyone is still getting accustomed to a new system with remote hearings, he was able to get us the best possible outcome with our case. Highly recommend!!

When I hired him he did everything I needed and more, went above and beyond for me and for my case, and gave me the most positive outcome I could have wanted for my case.
