Richard is an amazing lawyer! I got into some trouble when I was charged with a DUI and DUI with property damage as a first offense and was completely nervous as I did not even know where to go. After doing some research I found the Ansara Law Firm and saw all of their positive reviews. With my first consultation I explained to him what happened and asked how he could help me. He stated that because it was a first offense and because I did not blow that there was a fighting chance. I decided to go with Richard because although I did not know him, he seemed like a genuine person that really had a passion to fight for you. We strategized on a plan and every time the court sent out notification I would call him to make sure everything was alright. He would answer me the same day whether by a call, text, or email to take away my anxieties. He understands that it is a tough time for all of his clients and he makes sure that he makes you feel at ease. After about a year, the trail date came about. I was completely nervous and although we had a great strategy, because of my job I could not risk losing the trial and having to face jail time. That morning I decided that I would take a plea deal like all the others that would go up on trial for DUI with property damage which was 1 year of license suspension, 1 year probation, 50 hours community service, 10 day car immobilization, DUI school, Impact panel course, and court fees. When I arrived to court I called Richard to let him know I arrived and he asked me if I was ready for trial. I explained that I would take a plea instead and he said "I have been negotiating your case with the prosecutors, and after having to speak to their supervisors I was able to lower it to a reckless driving charge!" I was in complete shock, I did not imagine that such diligence could come from a lawyer that has to juggle so many clients. I agreed to the plea deal and ended up getting a reckless driving charge, 6 months license suspension, 6 months probation, no community service, no car immobilization, DUI school, Impact panel, and court fees. I understood that there was a give and take and that unless I fought it at trial there was no way that everything would be dropped. I thank you again Richard for all your hard work and dedication you placed on my case, I truly recommend you to anyone in that same situation as well as any other litigation like accidents that someone might need a lawyer for.

First, I want to apologize for not writing this review sooner. Richard at The Ansara Law Firm has to be one of, if not, the best in the game. Him and Melonnie never made me feel as if I were bothering them. Melonnie was quick to answer emails and was even there to allow me to rant a few times about my current situation. During my consultations, Richard laid out what he thinks will be the outcome of my case (which he was right about) will be, versus what could happen, up to a year jail time. It took sometime, not because of Richard but because of the other parties involved. At the end of it all my case was dropped and I thank Richard for that, so Thank you Richard and Melonnie. I definitely will vouch for this amazing team. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a criminal defense attorney. I am also told they practice other law too, but I am not sure which ones. Just reach out to them. Tell them your story and what you would like to happen, I am sure you wont be disappointed. MOST GENUINE ATTORNEY IN S. FL!!! Rick is the best there is! I dealt with a small infraction a few years ago that he took care of for me quickly and painlessly.
