Mr. Ansara was very upfront and honest throughout the entire process. He delivered on what he said he would and got me exactly what we were shooting for. I would definitely recommend him if you’re in need of a good lawyer.

To whomever may read this post...make no mistake about it the Ansara Law firm is the best legal team in the state.. From the secetary to the paralegals that do the ground work to give you the best defense/offense.. their work ethic is impecable. Their hard work and dedication has given me a new lease on life!.Mr.Ansara went beyond the call of duty in his fight to get me justice. I was in handcuffs being escorted from the courtroom headed for central booking and he refused to let them take me! From reciting case law to going head to head with the prosecution to reminding the judge of the legal consequences of allowing the "system" to falsely detain me under the circumstances he hit a home run!..let's just say most lawyers truly mean well but sometimes it's good to have a tiger on your side!..Thank you Ansara Law Firm!!!...they don't make them like this anymore!!!!

I contacted Richard on a 3rd degree felony case after dealing with the public defenders office because the PD assigned to my case seemed very ignorant to what she could ask for from the state attorney. When Richard started my case the state had offered 3 years probation with an adjudication of guilt, basically I'd lose my rights. It was very important to me that I NOT be adjudicated guilty, and even more importantly I wanted the judge to order the probation department to verify my employment through pay stubs, because it took me years to find a job that I love, that treats me well and pays me well. Richard ended up negotiating with the state attorney on my case and got me 18 months probation, with adjudication withheld, employment to be verified using pay stubs AND the probation will automatically terminate when the only condition of my probation, a small amount of restitution is paid in full.... so basically I was on probation for 5-days. I will recommend Richard to anyone who needs an attorney in the future and if I have need of an attorney for ANY reason in the future I'll contact him. Thanks :)

Richard is extremely prompt and timely with filing and will fight to get you the results you want. He is tactful, honest, respectful and well organized. If you're looking for an attorney, look no further. I've experienced lawyers at the end of their career; no fire to them, lazy, complacent and I've experienced lawyers that are young and passionate but extremely inexperienced. Richard is a lawyer that is hitting/in his prime. Experienced and known yet still energetic and passionate enough to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend him more.

The Ansara Law Firm handled my case expertly....Even with my family making the circumstances difficult. I had just moved to Florida and had no contacts to assist me with my domestic battery charge. Personally, I never give 5 stars on a review because I think that represents perfection(which is impossible)....But the assistance given here by Richard Ansara and Assistant Melonnie Gebler were the absolute best I could ask for. We were even forced to change legal strategy on the morning of our court hearing because of my adult stepson's erratic and disrespectful attitude. Richard handled the extreme curveball and pursued another tact. Richard utilized his relationship with the prosecutor and negotiated the dropping of all charges. I like the way that Richard is direct with his answers and looks for a way to "make it work!" He looks at issues practically and advises accordingly. Beyond the desirable results of the case, Legal Assistant Melonnie Gebler handled calls, answered questions, relayed information, soothed feelings and supported my wife and I every step of the way. She made sure the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed. I hope I have no further criminal defense needs in Broward County, but if I do.....Richard Ansara and his staff will be my first call.

I went to Ansara Law firm both the Attorney and paralegal was cordial. The service was quick and they followed through with you. I never felt rush for a payment. I would recommend their service to anyone 10/10. Here to add to this review 3 years later and the relationship is still the same.
