Aggressive and harassing tactics
“I signed up for a class action 4 years ago, they wanted my ssn, and I didn't feel comfortable giving that out to a law firm I've never heard of, so I never finished the paperwork. I have been harassed by these people ever since. I've gotten countless emails, phone calls, they even sent a summons to my house and the lady stood outside pounding aggressively on my door for over 45 minutes.”
