When we found ourselves in need of a ticket attorney, my husband called numerous ticket law firms. Not once was he connected to an attorney. The person answering the phone just wanted the citation number and to convey to us the price, win, lose or draw as is common practice. Well expecting a live answering service, my husband was amazed that at 8:00pm at night Michael G. Salazar Jr. Attorney at Law and head of his law firm ANSWERED THE PHONE! Mr. Salazar took the time to go through the case, answer all my questions including that Mr. Salazar personally would be representing us in court. Try getting that commitment from any other firm. Trust me you won't. The other law firms will not even identify who would be the representing attorney. Mr.Salizar made us feel like we just made a friend. The next day I paid the reasonable upfront charge to Maria Londodo, Mr. Salizars legal Assistant. We felt assured the case was in the right hands. WE WERE RIGHT! The case was dismissed and I just had a feeling that both Mr. Salazar and Ms. Londodo were almost as happy as we were with the results at trial. I cant guarantee that Mr. Salazar will personally answer your call at 8:00pm but he works so hard that he just might and if he does not, I know he will personally represent you with all his knowledge and expertise. Kristin was an amazing lawyer for me. I was in an impossible situation with my previous parenting plan from my previous lawyer who did not care about my case and just wanted it to be done and over quickly. After seeking help to rectify this, I was told by plenty of lawyers that nothing could be changed in my situation but Kristin was the only lawyer who really pulled through and got me the best deal possible to rectify the previous deal I had with my previous lawyer. Now I have 50/50 custody of my daughter after everyone said “it can’t be done without a substantial change,” yet Kristin was the only professional to make this happen. She knows how to converse with the other parties lawyer to portray our side of the picture and it helped tremendously with the conversing being amicable and coming to a fair agreement. The name says it all! Ticket Easy was a very smooth process all I had to do was provide the citations and pay the fee and this law firm took care of the rest.

Was very worried about my ticket as I felt very wrongfully faulted for the incident but I was assured that Mike and his colleagues would take care of me and indeed they did! Thank you guys!
