I sought out Mr. Aird's law firm for immigration services, specifically to adjust my status. I wish I could have had a positive experience during this extremely stressful process, but instead, they made it more stressful. During the consultation, the team was communicative and attentive. However, once it was time to start the process and complete the forms, it took weeks to receive the checklists and additional weeks to review the paperwork. The head of immigration at the time, Odilia, seemed overworked. When I inquired about the progress of my case, she cited personal problems as justification for the delays. I was understanding at first, but the delays continued, along with mistakes in my paperwork. They showed little respect for my time, often scheduling calls and in-person appointments, yet only a few times did they honor these appointments times. The services provided did not reflect the $10k we were charged. I had to constantly chase down updates and remind the firm to work on my case. As a client, I did my part by providing organized evidence and paying the required fees, but they frequently failed to do theirs. For instance, they did not keep up to date with the USCIS April 2024 changes and failed to inform me of the new application fees until I asked. Additionally, they did not review the changes to multi-form submissions, which led to USCIS returning my application. After communicating these issues with the attorney and being promised more attention, I requested a copy of my returned application. Upon reviewing it, I found multiple mistakes on the forms. I asked the firm to correct these errors, but there were still mistakes. As a client, I should not have to point out errors in personal information, incomplete sections, or organizational issues. I had to personally review every page of my application before they resubmitted it due to a lack of trust in the firm. I hope that in the future, they will give adequate attention to cases that may not be considered "time-sensitive" because every case deserves the necessary care and consideration.

Jaime Aird delivers. Called him for a consultation and within the first couple of minutes on the phone my mind was put at ease. The hardest thing for me to do was to find the money to pay for his services (which is very affordable compared to the "other guys"). Not only did he get my felony case dropped, but he also went ahead and got it removed from my record permanently.
