A search engine took me to one of Marian's relevant articles. I sent her an email to verify the work of my existing probate attorney. She answered promptly and personally. If I didn't already have a probate attorney, I would call her.

I have known Marian for approximately 20 yrs. She has helped me in many ways. Initially when I owned rental property she would complete eviction paperwork for me to go to the courthouse which saved me time and money, Most recently I hired Marian to fight my foreclosure case over the past six years or so and the bank dropped the foreclosure suit, Marian said I got lucky, But I know it was her knowledge and passion for what she does that won my case.. If Marian undertakes a case, she sees it through to the end, unwavering in her devotion, using all her skills in the process. Her heart urges her to take on defense of the underdog against bullies. Marian Lindquist proved to be efficient, caring, and very professional in every way while handling our estate closing. My uncle passed away a little over a year ago and left three of us as beneficiaries to his estate. Marian worked tirelessly with insurance companies and creditors to finalize this estate.
