If a could give minus 5 zeros I would! From day one there were communication errors. I was referred to this joke of a law firm after experiencing a leak in my kitchen. The paralegal, Jackie, was very nice but seemed like she did not know much, maybe she was new. I finally got to sign up with them on 12-2023 after going back and forth trying to get my questions answered. I should have seen what happened coming but since I was recommended by a reputable company I decide to hang in there. After waiting for what seemed an eternity I come to find out they dropped my case without ever telling me. I kept asking for a status update and received no response. I finally called my public adjuster who in turn called them and finally someone called stating they stopped doing homeowners claims without bothering to let ME know !! The lawyer did not even have the courtesy to call, or have a staff member call, to let me know they terminated my case as I sat here thinking they were working on my behalf all this time, as they promised! I asked them to send me a termination letter so I would not be held liable for any fees for work they never did! I finally received one today. I was SHOCKED to see the letter advised I get a new lawyer quick as time to file my claim was running out!!! How dare they wait so long to alert me. Who's fault is that?! Had they let me know they dropped my case when they did, I would have had sufficient time to find another attorney. I work with many lawyers in my field and never seen such a poorly run office in my 20+ years experience in south Florida. I've been told at one point this firm was decent. Not sure what happened but that is no longer the case. My words of advice are DO NOT WALK......RUN!!! And to the firm.....I cannot wait to see you deny anything I've stated above . Save your apology for screwing me. You give good law firms a bad rep
