As the victim of a brazen lie with criminal intent, I was charged with a crime that was completely baseless and drawn out of thin air. So obvious was the fallacious charge, that with the assistance of The Robert Malove Firm using their excellent standing with the State Attorney and 11th district court, not only had The State Attorney dismiss the fabricated charge on the spot, but also secured a complete expungement of the charge restoring my pristine record, the only blemish on that record stemming from a violation of a commercial vehicle ordinance requiring the driver to have a magnetic sign on the truck's door. Such were the requirements back in 1978. I paid the 25 dollar ticket and essentially forgot about it once my employer reimbursed me the 25 bucks, which was worth a lot more back then. However, although it was a traffic ticket, it was also an ordinance violation, and without getting into too much detail, this seemingly innocuous simple ordinance violation became a huge obstacle preventing the expungement of the baseless felonious charge. My record was in grave peril. The Robert Malove Law Team went right to work. Using their good standing with the State Attorney, Robert Malove scotched the ordinance violation from my record as though the offense never occurred. Now mind you, the ordinance offense does in fact still remain on my record, however The Robert Malove Team convinced the court to neutralize it into a non-existent form that would not pose a barrier to the expungement proceedings. And by the way, the FDLE must approve everything before expungement proceedings even reach the 11th District, in a gut wrenching no holds barred investigation of one's entire life from birth to present day. I was worried they'd find out about the time I pulled my sister's pony tail and pinch me. The Robert Malove Team never left my side and was there for me through thick and thin. It's hard to put into words what a phenomenal job this firm has done for me. Initially, I was facing eight criminal charges resulting in grand theft, organized scheme to defraud (5xs) aggravated retail theft, and dealing with stolen property. Prior to being arrested I had never had any encounters with the law or need for an attorney. I was almost stabbed & bludgeoned by a crazy, large man riding a moped on the main strip of Key West, Florida. I fought & fled – fled & fought to relieve myself of this psychopath. He kept flailing his bat around his head while screaming at me in my Lexus. I felt like I was in a Mad Max movie. As I was turning off of Duval St., this lunatic turned in front of me so as to ‘cut-me-off.’ So, to avoid killing or majorly maiming him, I braked hard, turned & struck a building – The Gap. The irony. After all was said & done, a specific Key West cop with surreptitious motives decided to charge me instead of my assailant! The cop said “Look! DIV hit a building – obviously he was at fault.” So, after being booked, processed, jailed & released, I started calling & emailing attorneys to represent me. I had no idea how much it would cost. I saw attorney prices across the board – from $3500 (lol?) to upwards of $100k. Every attorney I spoke with said I would be found guilty with the exception of Rob and the $100k lawyer. These other ‘attorneys’ based my guilt off of the police report (again, lol?) even before they fully understood my side of the story. After interviewing around twenty (20) lawyers, I finally found Rob – and he listened to the entire story. He provided me with a fixed price, and explained how court fees, recording fees, etc., would work. After a lengthy discovery process (my law team – Rob’s law team,) the truth was revealed. Rob & his team found witnesses who came forward to describe the events of that fateful day. This exonerated me. If it weren’t for Rob – (around 100% of other attorneys I interviewed wanted to plea bargain to a lesser felony based solely on the police report,) my life would be in shambles. Go team Rob!

I hired Robert and his firm on behalf of someone else. I spoke with many lawyers and they were all a money grab. Robert was real, honest, and realistic about what he could and could not do. They keep sending a subpoena to the wrong person and they or whoever is handling the case refuses to change the name...they just pick a name and subpoena without actually doing any kind of research...be careful with this office
