Our company is very thankful to Mr.Ansara and Ms. Gebler for handling our case with such professionalism and urgency. Our first point of contact was Ms. Melonnie Gebler who we can't thank enough for how she handled our calls and general questions while attending a very urgent personal matter herself! WOW! She definitely went extra miles beyond her duties to make sure we were in the right path. Then Mr. Richard Ansara went further by giving us the confidence we needed after reviewing our case, which made the decision on our part a no-brainer! Mr. Ansara is definitely VERY DILIGENT and we loved how he was adamant to get all the facts, make a general assessment of what could be ahead, lay down our options, and outline the best course of action. When I hired Richard the state attorney's office was offering me 3 years probation with an adjudication of guilt, I'd lose my civil rights for a 3rd degree felony, even though I don't have an extensive criminal history and the only prior history was 20 years old. I specifically hired Richard because I wanted the judge to order the probation department to verify employment through pay stubs and when I mentioned this to the public defender assigned to my case she had no idea that that was even an option. Richard ended up getting the employment verification through pay stubs, as well he also got the state to agree to adjudication withheld, meaning I keep my civil rights, plus 18 months probation that will automatically terminate when a small amount of restitution is paid, meaning I will spend a total of 5-days on probation. I'll definitely use Richard in future legal matters as well as recommend him to anyone I know who needs a competent attorney.

Richard is extremely prompt and timely with filing and will fight to get you the results you want. He is tactful, honest, respectful and well organized. If you're looking for an attorney, look no further. I've experienced lawyers at the end of their career; no fire to them, lazy, complacent and I've experienced lawyers that are young and passionate but extremely inexperienced. Richard is a lawyer that is hitting/in his prime. Experienced and known yet still energetic and passionate enough to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend him more. He helped me get my probation terminated.

The Ansara Law Firm handled my case expertly....Even with my family making the circumstances difficult. I had just moved to Florida and had no contacts to assist me with my domestic battery charge. Personally, I never give 5 stars on a review because I think that represents perfection(which is impossible)....But the assistance given here by Richard Ansara and Assistant Melonnie Gebler were the absolute best I could ask for. We were even forced to change legal strategy on the morning of our court hearing because of my adult stepson's erratic and disrespectful attitude. Richard handled the extreme curveball and pursued another tact. Richard utilized his relationship with the prosecutor and negotiated the dropping of all charges. I like the way that Richard is direct with his answers and looks for a way to “make it work!” He looks at issues practically and advises accordingly. Beyond the desirable results of the case, Legal Assistant Melonnie Gebler handled calls, answered questions, relayed information, soothed feelings and supported my wife and I every step of the way. She made sure the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed. I hope I have no further criminal defense needs in Broward County, but if I do.....Richard Ansara and his staff will be my first call.

He was amazing from the first moment. I never thought I was going to be in trouble, so I was very desperate trying to solve that nightmare. He was not only clear and professional explaining the process and the possible outcomes but also kind, compassionate, and with a good sense of humor. I hired him! I hired Richard when I was unsatisfied with my attorney at the time. He met and exceeded all my expectations. Hopefully I won’t need his services again but if I ever do need an attorney again I will definitely be giving him a call.

Mr. Ansara is amazing, I called him from New York City over the phone and he provided service as if I was there in his home state , I didn't have a credit card so I mailed him a check , he was quick about everything and always answered my calls and spoke to me on my level of education, Mr. Ansara kept me informed on everything I needed to know , and his price is reasonable, I hope I never need him again, but if I did he would be the one that I would hire and like to have on my side , very kind , patient and understanding, down to earth kind of guy , and very knowledgeable
