I would definitely recommend Gerstein & Gerstein Immigration Attorneys for their extremely professional and fast services. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely hire their services. Deserves way more than 5 stars really!

The things that Mr. Gerstein and Dori have done for us has surpassed all expectations! They have been 100% available to us in everything we have needed, even if it was just for some reassurance! At one point, my then fiancé and I thought there was no hope for us. We fought to bring her to the U.S for a total of 4 years; because of Dori’s motivation, expertise, knowledge, and persistence, my wife and I are finally sharing a life together we never thought we had a chance of living! I simply can't believe all these Reviews after the ugliest experience I JUST had. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She claimed no appointments are available until May 28th but the website shows otherwise. Charging me $250 for 30 mins but online says free consult . Also found a link offering $95 15minute video consults. So sad because I am looking for a good and respectable lawyer. The reply clearly sounds like the rude girl I spoke to on the phone. I did reach out hoping to find good service but the phone was answered "law office how can I help you" I asked if your firm is taking new clients she replied " it depends on what you need" I was shocked by her attitude and tone so it took me a moment to reply but before replying she asked again as if bothered by my call "WHAT DO YOU NEED" SOO I didn't come here to "slam" you I came here to share my experience and I can actually share the video if youd like bc I was fortunately next to one of my home security cameras while making the phone call. Your reply should've been apologizing for your rude and unprofessional receptionist and then explaining there may have been a mix up in the information I found, as for me to reach back out to resolve the issue BUT you obviously know exactly what the mix up is because that is the website offering the video consults. Again I'm more sad that my first encounter with your firm was this distasteful because your raving reviews had me hoping we could for together.

This is a great company, attorneys are well organized, dedicated and driven for your success. They help me with my immigration case and it was absolutely awesome!!!

My Husband and I are so thankful to have picked Gerstein & Gerstein as our Lawyers. Right from the initial interview with Mr Gerstein we had a feeling of complete trust. During the process there were problems that arose, not from anything on their part by any means. It became very frustrating for me and I admit I had a couple of meltdowns over it. Both Mr Gerstein & Sebastian (Paralegal) calmed my worries and proceeded to do what they had to, which probably resulted in a lot more time spent on our case. No additional fees were ever charged. One more very impressive fact that must be acknowledged, any time we ever sent an email with any question or concern, we received a reply very quickly. And that was 7 days a week!! There is absolutely nothing negative we could ever say about this firm!! They go Above & Beyond! We are truly Thankful! And I am now a Green Card Holder!! Mr. Gerstein is the best immigration lawyer that exists and his staff are top notch. I have hire him 3 times already and never disappoints.
