Words cannot express how grateful I am to have met Elliot. He is a powerhouse of knowledge and kindness. I retained him to assist with unpaid wages. He is sharp, swift, talented and thorough. If I could select ZERO stars, I would. I cannot believe this man, Elliot, passed the state bar. The 15 minutes spent in his office were met with a man who is disheveled, late, condescending, unprofessional...Like WHOA. He missed a status conference with a judge for another client while we were in his office. I know this bc the judge's chamber called to remind him. He then proceeded to dial in, in front of us, to conduct the call. I could share client sensitive information about this case since Elliot had no problem with us hearing everything, but I wont. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Hired him in August for overtime wages. Received my 1st check in December. He was great every time you call him he answered your texts and you calls he was Great at explaining everything . Never a issue. I Do recommend him highly.

No good for handling discrimination cases when it comes to handling employer discrimination based on age and disability. Only cares about money.

Elliot was very fast!!! I called him on a Monday to get my case started. I can't say anything cause of the case but it was settled and I'm VERY HAPPY!!! He's officially my go to guy for lost wages.

my experience with this lawyer is very bad. In my opinion there are much better experienced attorneys. he is like a little inexperienced boy with horrible verbal skills. I was better off representing myself.
