I am writing this review with a happy heart for the efforts put in by Visa Nation team for preparing a strong EB1B petition for me that got approved by the USCIS in first attempt with no RFE. The biggest strength of Visa Nation's team is their ability to work on complex and diverse cases to put a strong petition as each client would bring their own strengths in different areas and can't have multiple research papers published or have more than 100 citations. This is what differentiates Visa Nation than most of the law firms out there who only looks at your publication or citation count to define the success of your case and ignores the other criterias listed by USCIS in EB1B list.
