Ms. Roszko was the superlative choice when it came to choosing a lawyer to argue against the judgement I was facing. I was staring down a default judgement that was granted based on the fact that I was "served" notice to defend myself in court even though I never received the notice. Subsequently, my bank account was frozen as a default judgement was granted. I needed to do something. This is when I decided to speak with Emma Roszko. We both knew the service was invalid and although I had broken the lease in question I would have answered a legal notice if it was served properly. Through some nifty legal wrangling Ms. Roszko was able to argue that the service was invalid and show the statue of limitations for the broken lease was up putting an end to any further lawsuits. I contribute Ms. Roszko's hard-work, dedication, and professionalism to bringing this case to a happy ending. Ms. Roszko managed my expectations the entire length of the case and I was thrilled with her work. She was able to utilize her expertise to give me the judgement I hoped for.
