I contacted Mr. Moffa regarding a documentary tax issue. He very informative and detailed in the initial consultation in wanting to help guide me in the best direction. After briefly hearing about my case he first advised me of a way to go about my case without hiring an attorney because the attorney costs would far exceed the tax dismissed. This kind of honesty is to be commended because you can tell by speaking to him that he really cares about his client before making money. Even after he determined that my case is better off being handled by myslef (although he was willing to represent me if I chose); he proceeded to spend a considerable amount of time explaining to me the procedures that I should take to resolve my case.
