Victor has been handling my husbands claim for about 6 months and was able to get the insurance company to reinstate his pay.However this is not the only reason for the 5 stars. As my husbands primary caretaker and being responsible for all the administrative work of his case, Victor has always been available. He is not like other law firms where you get multiple receptionist answering his calls and asking you to make an appointment in order to speak with your lawyer. Victor has always responded to our emails in less than 24 hours. This is a lawyer that is truly passionate in what he does and is here to help individuals who do not know how to navigate the legal system. He has truly been a God send. I wish there were more lawyers like him.

It was soo nice to have Mr. Pena to represent me with my disability buyout. He’s very personable and right on top of things. This was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve had to make. Thank you for being on my side Mr. Pena it made things much easier.

I will start by saying I almost got a divorce in 2008 and spoke to many attorneys. 11 years later divorce was the only option after 18 years of marriage. Before contacting Diksha, I spoke with another attorney that charged me $700.00 for a 2 hour consult (What a waste). I was referred to Diksha a few days later by a close friend.
