I've met Richard about 20 years ago on my 1st case And by the miracle of God and and having a bad a** lawyer I'll beat the charge But not only that time I've used Richard a couple of times before and it's always the same results I will recommend Richard della fera to anybody he really is a good guy I consider him a friend to the family

I honestly have nothing but good to say about Mr. Peña. At first I was a little worried as we were going through the case process without face-to-face interaction, but I was instantly put at ease by the exceptional service I received from Mr. Peña. He is extremely informative and explained the entire process in a clear and detailed manner. His communication and responsiveness was more than amazing and he was there for me whenever I had concerns or questions. Overall honest person and very very professional.
