Recently I posted an unfavorable review of this law firm. I have since been contacted by the firm and discovered that I had some technical internet difficulties that have been resolved in communicating with this firm and would like to change my review to favorable. Weeks ago I was told that this lawyer was not handling toll violations because of non-returned calls as well as other reasons - but Angela, the woman who took my call, told me that she would ask him if he would consider it and get back to me. Hours later, i received a call from her stating that he would in fact look over the case, but that I would have to wait until the end of the next week either Wednesday or Friday. Both came and went, and today - days after I was supposed to receive a returned call - I called and was told that he would not handle the case regardless that I explained he previously stated he would. Obtaining a lawyer for an important matter should not end up becoming a game like this. As stated by the representative Angela, the lawyer himself did not want to originally take the case because of his previous experiences with non-returned calls, which is exactly the stunt that he pulled on me. Fortunately, I record all of my conversations, so good luck to them if they try to deny this proven allegation - and to those looking for accountability - beware.

Based on the excellent reviews this firm has, I called upon them for help with a construction issue. I can safely say , contacting these ethical folks was a great decision. George Gift dealt with my issue honestly and fairly. He is an excellent communicator, very down to earth and easy to talk to , explaining all aspects plainly so I could make informed decisions. I would recommend the fine team to anyone because they actually care about helping their clients. I will not hesitate to call upon them again , should the need arise.
