I live in California and needed to have a Florida Probate issue resolved, in my research I discovered I could not do myself. I contacted one Attorney in the Ft Myers, FL area and was quoted a fee of $500 for Court filing and $2000 for his time. After more research of Attorneys in the area I discovered this firm, seeing Your Advocates in the information online gave me the belief that they were there to be the voice for the client. My initial conversation with Mr. Ricciardi was impressive, I appreciated his honesty and professionalism and most importantly that what he quoted me for services was the actual Court filing fee for the matter as well as he wasn't inflating the bill for his time. From there the Paralegal, Beth took over and I can't say enough good things about her. She communicated with me as necessary, offered a suggestion when needed, requested necessary information, and kept me aware of progress once paperwork was filed thus insuring that matter was resolved in a timely manner with no errors or delays. I would without hesitation recommend this office if assistance is needed in a Probate matter particularly when being handled from a great distance away.
