I recently was served by the court from a collection agency that I had owed a very large amount of money. This was something that was over 20 yrs old. But I had an order placed against me in 2006. So, once I was served, I quickly began looking for a firm to aggressively represent me. Well, I found "Your-Advocates" - I called and was quickly placed on the phone with Mr. Richard Ricciardi. I have to say, that I felt like I was in good hands immediately. Richard quickly began to review the documents and we quickly began on an action plan to help resolve this matter. Richard reached out to the collection agency (they were very aggressive and not very flexible) and he quickly started a dialogue to help resolve this matter fairly. It took a few months, but he was able to chisel away at some of the obstacles and we were able to negotiate a solution. Here's the thing... Richard was such a nice guy, he really wanted to help! I've had my share of lawyers and yes... I wasn't very thrilled with the way I was treated by them in the past. But Richard is a gentleman. He treated me as a valued client. He's just a classy guy!
