Highly recommend this firm. They are experts in leading you in the right direction. They are compassionate and know how to navigate complex legal issues while communicating effectively along the way to help you understand what is going on and to keep you updated throughout the process. This is really important and something you don't realize until you have worked with someone who isn't good at communicating! Our Attorney, Rita Jackman is assertive in her knowledge and that made it easy for us to trust her from the start. She worked hard for us and genuinely wanted to assist us in finding the best possible outcome for our situation. She also has a great deal of patience to continually answer questions for us to help us make the best decisions. Their staff is extremely responsive and they all work very hard for you, which is rare these days. You're not just another number to them. Everything that you need in a law firm and more, just call them and let them help you - you will be happy you didn't waste your time with other firms - especially when so many things involving law are time-sensitive. I was impressed with Rita Jackman and her services. I am from Indiana and bought a home in FL. I live in Indiana and she helped me set up a closing to do here in Indiana so I didn't have to fly to Florida. Rita guided us thru the process and coordinated all the necessary paperwork. After my husband was hit by a drunk driver while working road side construction, a friend told us to reach out to Rita and also gave her our phone number. Rita contacted us pretty much immediately after getting our number. Rita helped schedule doctor appointments and handled all paper work. If not immediately, every phone call and email was responded to within hours. Knowing my husband was unable drive and I was working, she would meet us in person at my job to make things easier for us. Considering this was a small monetary case for Rita, we were highly impressed with her dedication to us.

I made an appointment for a free consultation with Adam Stevens to see what options I had to try and recoup monies taken from my elderly mother by a contractor. Mr. Stevens discussed several alternatives and offered options in how to proceed that would save on legal fees. Mr. Stevens was very patient and answered all of my questions. I felt that he cared. I also found his retainer and fees reasonable compared to other attorneys I spoke to about my case. Another attorney charged me $50 for the consult even though their website said free with an asterik (you have to scroll several pages to see only "free" for certain cases). And that attorney did not give me crucial information that makes a difference on how I was going to proceed. Mr. Stevens was thorough and I felt he was truly an "advocate" as their website portrays. I recommend checking this firm out for your legal matters.
