Ms Jackman was very highly recommended by a coworker and did not disappoint. Ms Jackman answered ever call every question and held my hand through a very difficult time. She maintained a positive attitude throughout our whole processes and I feel I was advocated for wholeheartedly every step of the way.

No one like to have to get an attorney or need one, but I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. Attorney Jackman and paralegal Noelle were great to work with.

If I could give more stars I would. Definitely hands down the best. Had a DUI accident 6 months prior they dragged out for months. 2/13 I was hit again by a DUI. Rita hands down was the best within 9 days of the accident the BI was closed and done and for my car being totaled out was compensated nicely and they actually fight for you. I highly recommend to anyone and they will forever be saved in my phone for any future accidents I do not wish to be involved in or my friends or kids or family! You want someone who will fight and COMMUNICATE WITH YOU ALL THE WAY ! It is them!

Attorney Adam Stevens has now helped me in three separate matters. Each time it was fast, efficient, and inexpensive. He has an amazingly competent supporting staff. My only regret is that he does not do criminal law, so I will have to find another advocate if they ever catch me. For any matter involving real estate, you cannot go wrong with this law firm and will probably save money besides.

Mr. Ricciardi and his paralegal Catherine went above and beyond to help us with our dad’s probate case. They knew my dad well and took a personal interest in our case. We had a very complex situation that included the loss of my father’s personal and financial records and a contested will that was further complicated due to our family living out of state. We faced delays with our case due to law enforcement investigating the circumstances of my father’s death in a house fire and challenging the fraudulent will that was submitted by an outside party. Rich and Catherine stuck with us through all of it and due to their perseverance, the fraudulent Will was overturned in court. This was after the Cape Coral PD and the State’s Attorney abandoned their investigation into my father’s death and the fraud investigation related to the will and told us to take the suspect to civil court. Catherine and Rich personally helped us locate and reclaim assets of the estate that were stolen. Catherine connected us to a great resource to help sell the property at a fair price. She was also a compassionate listener and at times a therapist, and patiently coached us through the many stressful and confusing steps involved with closing an estate. We are so thankful for their support, and we know the level of service they have provided is not the norm for a typical attorney/client agreement. I highly recommend them!
