I got pulled over for speeding on the way home on April 5th 2018. And then it turned into a DuI. I had alot going on that day,I just got news that my disabled aunt that I take care of was diagnosed with Cancer and the weight of the world has been on my shoulders more than ever .I've been taking care of her for the last 6 years all by myself and working alot of hours at work to support her.so after work I stepped out with a family friend to vent ,broke down crying all night ,I was not intoxicated,I was mentally and physically exhausted and didn't realize my speed.I also have a second DUI from over 12 years ago and a second blow refusal.i didn't have enough oxygen in my lungs to register for the machine so they took it as a 2nd Refusal. I smoked 2 packs of cigarettes that night. My license was taken away,I was put on bond, I can't leave the county so that means I couldn't take my aunt to the doctors nor to the Cancer specialist..MY DNV hearing was on June 24th 2018 and I was facing 18 months of suspension and many other things.All I was thinking of the worst and just trying to stay positive and pray for the best. Ms.Rebecca represented me on the Dnv portion of the case and informed that I will not possibly be hearing the results in about what 2 weeks and that I didn't have to appear at the hearing and that she will be there.Well when that day came of the hearing I received a phone call on my cell phone but I was at work,so I returned the phone call and Rebecca Sonalia and John Musca was on the line and said that I WON the DNV case. I dropped to the floor crying ..and just saying thank u lord.thank u lord.. and also was informed that my civil lawyer Jesse Smith also attended my hearing on my behalf and I was absolutely stunned.Im still in SHOCK...words can't express that how much they care and all the hard work that they have put into this and they all went out of their way for me.. Now, I can take my aunt to the cancer specialist and her doctors without worries or issues because of all them ...Im so Blessed to have a wonderful TEAM on my side. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.
