John has health issues and cannot fully represent his clients. He charges and does not execute. Go somewhere else for representation if you want your issue reaolved in a timely manner.

Mr Mills and his team , were a great support for me ,people are not always honest and nice to each other when they are going through a divorce, having John and his team was a comfort for me ,because I was oblivious as to what steps to take . The worst excuse for an attorney you can possibly imagine! Hired for my son’s divorce & custody case. He stood in court COMPLETELY unprepared so much so the judge had to continually ask if he had anything further. He stood there rustling his papers and we were completely embarrassed. My son ended up with everything in place just the way his ex wanted because of this man. In my opinion he should not be practicing law.

Mr. Mills was very professional and took time with me to gather specific facts related to my situation. The information and advice that I was given were very helpful in allowing me to fully consider the consequences of a contested divorce, including what I could expect to have the court do if the case went to trial. Having the legal process explained to me and knowing what to expect if I proceeded with the divorce was helpful. How and when attorney fees will be expected to be paid was explained including court costs that would have to be paid. I did not feel any pressure to hire him and was encouraged to seek a second opinion if I was uncertain about anything that he had told me, but I was very satisfied with his concern and interest in my case. It is likely I will have to hire him to represent me since the situation is not improving.
